"I'm not at all satisfied with the level of service, or pricing, I've experienced with this State Farm branch. I have never once received any kind of direct follow-up to check on our satisfaction as clients, nor been presented with any kind of personalized plans, offers, or information. Signing up for our multiple, varied, coverages was a good experience, because of the associate that helped me enroll. But since then, we may as well have been dealing with a completely automated, robo, re-up service. Again, I could not have been more pleased with the associate who signed us up. But ever since, thumbs down. The communication below was particularly disappointing: If someone has a query about their coverage, especially in a time of crisis, which is obviously when Insurance coverage would come into play, a curt reply is among the last things anyone needs. When reaching out with a concern, in a crisis, a reply of essentially, "Nope, not covered," may be factual, but it's also completely lacking in customer service or care. No suggestions, no follow-up questions, no referral to anyone or anything, that may be of any assistance is unacceptable to me. Update: Olga was the wonderful person, who was the only good experience we had with this office."
